HUE Systems
The internal agency platform of HUE Creative Group for planning, running and reporting on our clients' advertising campaigns.
What HUE Systems is
HUE Systems is the internal platform of HUE Creative Group, a digital marketing agency in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Our account managers use it to plan campaigns, get each client's approval, track results and send every client a monthly performance report. The platform is available only to HUE staff at systems.huecreative.agency. Each client sees only their own results, read-only, in a private client portal.
Google Ads integration
With the client's agreement, their Google Ads account is linked to the HUE Creative Group manager account. A HUE administrator connects HUE Systems once using Google sign-in (OAuth) with the Google Ads scope. HUE Systems then uses the Google Ads API to:
- read campaign performance (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, calls) to rate campaigns, alert our team and build the client's monthly report;
- create Search and Performance Max campaigns after the client approves them. They are created paused and enabled only by a HUE team member;
- manage those campaigns: pause or enable them, change budgets, add negative keywords from the search terms report, and set up a conversion action for WhatsApp button clicks on the client's website.
Other advertising platforms
In the same way, HUE Systems reads ad performance from Meta, Snapchat and TikTok for the ad accounts our agency manages, and it can create campaigns there after client approval.
How we handle data
- Access tokens are encrypted on our servers and are never shown in the platform.
- Advertising data is used only to manage and report on that client's own campaigns.
- We never sell, rent or share Google user data or advertising data with third parties, and we don't use it for any other purpose, including advertising or profiling.
- HUE Systems' use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- A client can disconnect at any time by removing the link to our manager account. A HUE administrator can disconnect the integration from inside the platform, which deletes the stored token.
