How many users are included?

What counts as a brand and a product?
A brand is a trading name or a branch inside your company with its own identity and customers — a company with two or three branches is like having two or three brands. A product is a line you sell — curtains, furniture, aluminium — with its own items and prices. The plan includes 3 products per brand / branch; each extra product is SAR 50 a month per brand / branch.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude 15% VAT.
Does it issue tax invoices?
It sends the invoice as a draft to your accounting software (Wafeq, Daftra or Qoyod), which issues the compliant tax invoice.
Who owns the data?
Your data is always yours, and we hand you a copy whenever you ask.
Is my data safe?
The manager's account is protected by two-step verification, every sign-in, failed attempt and change is in the security log, and your data is backed up, encrypted, every day.
